Refund & Exchange

Please contact UNIC.N via email within 3 days of receiving the items

 CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

  • Items must be in their original sale condition (unused with all original packaging)
  • Proof of purchase is strictly required for all refund
  • We cannot offer refund for personal change of mind due to hygienic reasons.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer a refund on sales & promotional items using discount codes.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. A refund will be made after we receive and check with the returning items. Only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

 

FAULTY RETURNS:

If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, you must notify us within 2 days Contact contact@unicn.com.au with a photo of the faulty item.
